And it claims that lawyers for those who are fighting for an examination have told the judge to toss the evidence. Further, it says the plaintiffs are unaware that their attorney is seemingly blowing off the case.

Here goes:• Jennifer Brunner, the Ohio Secretary of State, objected to the special grand jury investigation. A former judge, Brunner took no action following the destruction of the evidence. Contrary to her public statements, she did not file materials showing the destruction of evidence in court.
Brunner is going to seek higher office, and won't offend Republican voters. She has evidence of 2004 fraud in hand, and does nothing. She is also the defendant in the King...et.al. lawsuit accusing the State of Ohio of fixing the election. She has to prove otherwise, effectively silenced by the lawsuit, in a conflict of justice.• The attorneys for the plaintiffs (Arnebeck and Fitrakis) asked the judge to strike (remove) the motions for intervention and the special grand jury and all the accompanying evidence from the record, claiming that the motion would be "disruptive to the parties and the progress of cooperative negotiations (between the attorneys and the Secretary of State) in this case."
They are trying to stop someone else from intervening in their three ring circus. It's their cover-up, and they want to keep it that way. Wasn't Arnebeck the attorney for the Ohio Republican Party? And Fitrakis ran against the Dems himself, for governor.• Several months subsequent to the OEJC motions, the plaintiff attorneys engaged in a pursuit of a private individual who runs an IT business for government agencies, linking this individual to Karl Rove in the media. The attorneys have not filed any action in court against Karl Rove or named him as a defendant; the deposition taken of this private individual has never been transcribed.
It was a fishing expedition and they got zilch. They are losing the lawsuit, already lost in effect, and are trying to revive a dead horse or they get zero.• On March 5, 2009, the district court judge denied the OEJC motion for intervention; the judge also granted the request of Arnebeck and Fitrakis to strike all the materials (approximately 1400 pages) showing that the 2004 evidence was destroyed from the record.
Again, they don't want an independent party taking over their circus.• Several OEJC members have since interviewed multiple plaintiffs in the case. None seem to be fully aware of what is being done in their names by the plaintiff attorneys, and most have no idea what has happened at all with the striking of the OEJC filings regarding the destroyed 2004 evidence.
When I have contacted the plaintiffs, they have seemed clueless. This show belongs to the attorneys who seem to represent themselves, not the community or Ohio voters. It seems all this was initiated by the attorneys, who went out and found plaintiffs. And, instead of going to Cuyahoga Co. where so many vote were stolen and the problems were truly grave, and the evidence was overwhelming,they ignored all that. Stinks of distraction and cover-up of the real fraud.• This is documented and has been filed with the court on March 24, 2009 and May 8, 2009 with the OEJC motion asking the court to reconsider its order.
Reconsideration motions are standard practice and a waste of time, usually.• The OEJC also filed new evidence that documents 10 Ohio counties are engaged in the ongoing destruction of 2004 election evidence; records have been destroyed as recently as March and April 2009.
They should bring a new case to enforce the order to preserve evidence, or get yet another order from a judge who will do something.
There is plenty of evidence in plain view and nothing is being done about it. Those who have the power to do something are taking care of their own political careers and won't rock the boat. They don't want to get swiftboated, or as one might say in Ohio, get the Marc Dann treatment (= Spitzered in NY).
All this is part of the up-is-down cover-up of the 2004 fraud. It is a small industry to detract from a decade of stolen Ohio elections. The Ohio punch card system was conceived to turn a Blue state Red, and it did. It was the easiest to steal election system ever invented. You just moved the ballots to the next precinct, and Kerry punched votes became Bush votes.
What is needed is a statistical study of the entire history of Ohio punch card voting. Politicians will never do this. It will fall to historians and statistics researchers. We know who the major players have been in spreading the hoax. That would be Larisa Alexandrovna, Brett Kimberlin, Brad Friedman, Cliff Arnebeck, and others. The hoax is circular in that all the sources are associates who have worked with each other over the years. I believe an investigation should be made into how this hoax formed and for what purposes it has served such people.
That the tinfoil continues to be spread extra thick as if this story has any legs is apparent. Just take a look again at the post made above by Jgraz. That type has been par for the course. The implication tends to be that a compromised media refuses to cover this important story, that Michael Connell was probably murdered.

As shown in a previous entry, Larisa Alexandrovna is now playing dumb in regards to the alleged threat made on Michael Connell by Karl Rove. Scroll down this thread a bit, if you missed that development.
Here's one more example of the bullcrap meme that continues to be pushed, even though this story has been confirmed as a hoax.

Larisa Alexandrovna was singing a different tune in her December 2008 article One of My Sources Died in a Plane Crash Last Night than what she later said on April 30th, 2009. Here's her new angle.
There was never a threat on his person that I am aware of. The threat is - as I understand it - more like using the DOJ to go after him. That is not only plausible, I think it is probably likely. Just fyi
That's odd. In her article claiming Michael Connell was her source she said among other things,
"Mike was getting ready to talk," writes one online journalist who labels Connell a source. "He was frightened."
Also from that link above:
Arnebeck goes further in suggesting foul play. "I have been told by multiple sources," he says, "that this plane crash was not an accident, and by multiple sources that the technology is available to bring down a plane in this way."
What's his evidence? Arnebeck repeatedly cites a recent online article by Minnesota emeritus professor Jim Fetzer. The article, datelined Madison and headlined "Has Cheney Been Murdering Americans?", mentions Connell along with other possible victims, including Sen. Paul Wellstone and Pat Tillman, the former NFL player killed in Afghanistan.
Is it just my computer, or is Larisa's article no longer available? I'm just getting a white screen. If she has whitewashed the story from her website, that's too little, too late, for it has been copied and pasted on many different websites. Her numerous mistakes, whether deliberate or not, are all out there. I believe her misinformation has been deliberately produced. She runs around all paranoid about me and my chemtrails and now expects the world to not see how close a relationship she has had with Speedway Bomber Brett Kimberlin. There is a blogger I know named donkeytale. He has a one word description for this type of thing. Riotous.

He has flown his private plane for years without incident. I know he was going to DC last night, but I don't know why. He apparently ran out of gas, something I find hard to believe. I am not saying that this was a hit nor am I resigned to this being simply an accident either. I am no expert on aviation and cannot provide an opinion on the matter. What I am saying, however, is that given the context, this event needs to be examined carefully. If you want to understand the context more broadly, I suggest you read this article I did a while back about the break-ins and arson cases that Siegelman and others have experienced.
I have been to Mr. Connell's home. Mr. Connell has confided that he was being threatened, something that his attorneys also told the judge in the Ohio election fraud case. When I met with Heather, his wife, I did so carefully because of the threats he was getting....
How is Alexandrovna now able to say with a straight face as someone covering this story that she was unaware of alleged physical threats made on Michael Connell? From the previous link.
A tipster close to the McCain campaign disclosed to VR in July that Mr. Connell's life was in jeopardy and that Karl Rove had threatened him and his wife, Heather. VR's attorney, Cliff Arnebeck, notified the United States Attorney General , Ohio law enforcement and the federal court about these threats and insisted that Mr. Connell be placed in protective custody. VR also told a close associate of Mr. Connell's not to fly his plane because of another tip that the plane might be sabotaged.
Or let me put it this way. There has been a long running show on tv called Law and Order. The promos of the show would have the crusty prosecutor grilling a defendant on the stand. It went something like this. Were you lying then, or are you lying now?
Larisa Alexandrovna is best buddies with Brett Kimberlin and Brad Friedman of Velvet Revolution. Larisa has vouched for Kimberlin. Arnebeck has worked as an attorney for Velvet Revolution. I think it's time for this circus to come to a close. Perhaps a new investigation should take place, one away from looking into the merits of a hoax to who has been behind it and why.
