First, none has been filed yet. And since my SOL runs a year, don't call a lawsuit frivolous when there is none.

Second, I've only sued someone once before and trust me, you couldn't have more compelling facts and evidence than what I had/have. (Not discussing this so don't ask.)

Third, I know the elements of false imprisonment in the state of NY and they match up like a tee to what Boyce did.

And guess what? Their lawyers know it too which is why they are losing their minds over me. Why would he spend 40 minutes of his nationally syndicated show yesterday on me otherwise?

I shall not rest until right wing conservatives are 4th party gadflies limited to offering minor corrections on legislation once or twice a year.

You're the one looking for "victories". I am merely rejoicing in the enactment of very real justice. There is a difference - something you have yet to learn; which is a great deal of the problem, but it's YOUR problem. "The abyss also looks into you", to quote a phrase.

So you can take this and turn it into a personal vendetta, or you can actually take a step back and consider what you yourself are doing wrong. I don't really care which.
